QWhat's your MOQ? Can I order a sample before mass order?
Yes, the sample order is acceptable. MOQ is 2 sets based on EXW term, and 20'GP based on FOB term. Mixing different items to fulfill containers is acceptable.
QHow does payment work?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight as secure and convenient payment methods. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipping.
QWhat if I have my own design? Can you customize it?
Definitely. We can manufacture special designs received from our clients, as well as customize our own designs. We can customize size, upholstery material, and frame materials via our R&D Dept.
QHow does your factory handle quality control?
Quality is our priority. We implement a comprehensive quality control system at every production step. Dedicated QC personnel conduct on-site checks and provide photographic feedback to customers.
QHow long will delivery take?
Normally it's around 20~30 days, but we can adjust based on your specific shipping schedule.
QCould you arrange the shipping to our country?
